SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will send your shipment from our warehouse in Munich.

As soon as you have placed your order with us, it will be packed and prepared for shipment. As soon as the package has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number. Please inform yourself about the delivery times on the respective product page. International delivery times may vary depending on the country.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Orders from 79€ are free of shipping costswithin Germany
  • Orders under 79€ within Germany cost 4,90€ shipping fee
  • Shipping within Europe we charge 15€
  • Shipping to Switzerland we charge 25€ (there are no further customs fees, because the handling is done by us).
  • For international shipping we currently charge 65€

We ship our packages with our shipping partner DHL. In exceptional cases, however, we may use a different shipping service provider in order to maintain quality and delivery times.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

We pack your Hello Mirrors mirror in a cardboard box and try to do without plastic and other packaging materials as much as possible. In this way, we want to fight the plastic problem with the means that are possible for us. Nevertheless, we guarantee that your ordered products will arrive safely and undamaged. Should this not be the case, you are welcome to write to us at info@hellomirrors.com. We will then arrange for a replacement. We will then take care of a replacement!

RETURN & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you do not like the Hello Mirrors mirror, please return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days (returns to: Hello Mirrors GmbH, Anges-Pockels-Bogen1 80992 München).

We ask for your understanding that we unfortunately cannot bear the costs for the return shipment. If something is defective or missing on the Hello Mirrors mirror, we will of course pay the return shipping costs and you will receive a DHL return label from us.

TRACKING/ SHIPMENT TRACKING

After your ordered products have been successfully shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us by email, which you can use to track the delivery status of our partner DHL. Please note: This can take different amounts of time depending on the delivery time of the product.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REGULATIONS FOR THE USA

Statement from DHL:

Transport capacities to the United States of America are currently considerably reduced, so that the dispatch of letters and parcels can only be maintained under special measures. Please note that since 15 September 2020, we have been transporting some shipments to the USA by sea freight until further notice. Very long transit times of at least 25-30 days must be expected. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, the transit time may be significantly longer.
